Process:

Then add half a liter of almond milk. It can be cow's milk, although we recommend that you try it with almond milk or some vegetable milk; You will see that it gives it a delicious flavor and also reduces the amount of fat, making your smoothie healthier.

To give it a soft and original touch, add about 50ml of chamomile tea to the preparation.
