Strawberry Quinoa Smoothie

Ingredients:

For 2 portions you need
  • 200g of natural and disinfected strawberries
  • Half a cup of quinoa
  • Half a liter of almond milk
  • 50ml chamomile tea
  • 1 / 2 ice cup
  • Honey to taste

Process:

  1. Wash and disinfect the strawberries and cut them into halves. Add them to your Select Blender.
  2. Add half a cup of previously boiled quinoa. To boil the quinoa you must wash it very well and boil it with twice the amount of drinking water for approximately 8 minutes.

  3. Then add half a liter of almond milk. It can be cow's milk, although we recommend that you try it with almond milk or some vegetable milk; You will see that it gives it a delicious flavor and also reduces the amount of fat, making your smoothie healthier.
  4. To give it a soft and original touch, add about 50ml of chamomile tea to the preparation.
  5. Add about four pieces of ice and honey to taste. Cover your blender very well and blend until the ice has been discarded and all the ingredients are well mixed.
