Ingredients:
For 2 servings you require:
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter

1/2 diced onion

2 dientes de ajo chopped

6 leek slices

2 handfuls of broccoli florets

1 large handful of spinach
-
100 ml of vegetable broth (or chicken)

100 ml of lactose-free milk (or vegetable, of your choice)

Salt and pepper
Process:
- Heat your 16cm Lamex Saucepan over medium heat and add the butter. Wait for it to melt and add, in this order: onion, garlic and leek.

Wait for it to brown a little and add the previously washed broccoli, the spinach, the vegetable consommé (we suggest not chicken to reduce fat, but it is a matter of taste) and the milk.

Season to taste and let it boil while you mix all the ingredients.

Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to your Vital Blender and blend until well blended.

Serve very hot and decorate with croutons or sesame seeds, enjoy!
