Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Vegetables to taste: green beans, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, spinach, etc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:
