The terms used in this privacy notice will have the definition assigned to them by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010. if eventually LAMEX obtain personal data apart from those mentioned, the principles established by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data will be followed: legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.

MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS

It is important to inform you that you have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition of your personal data, to oppose their treatment or to revoke the consent that you have given us for said purpose.

The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of said rights are through the presentation of a request in the terms established by law in its Art. 29 to our Communications Department, through email info@lamex.com.mx
