Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

3 eggs
-
1 clove of garlic
-
1 chipotle pepper
-
Salt and pepper
-
Olive oil
-
Set of 1 lemon
-
1/2 liter of drinking water
-
Avocado
-
Pumpernickel European Bread from New York Deli & Bagel
Procedure:
- In your Select Blender, add one egg, one garlic clove, the chipotle, salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Blend until smooth, then add more oil and the lemon juice. Set aside.
- In the 24 cm pot of your Onyx cookware, add the water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and use a spoon to gently swirl the water around the pot. Carefully drop in an egg. Cook for a maximum of one and a half minutes.

Repeat the procedure with another egg.

Heat two slices of New York Deli & Bagel's Pumpernickel European Bread and make an avocado spread. Place an egg on each slice.

Cover them with the sauce you prepared at the beginning of the recipe, enjoy!
