Spicy Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
- Natural chicken wings (unseasoned)
- Butter
- Buffalo-style hot sauce
- Sugar
- Cayenne
- Vinegar
- Paprika
- Cornstarch
- Wheat flour
- Oil
- Celery and carrot sticks to accompany
Procedure:
Heat a 20 cm pot from your Onyx Cookware and add the butter. When it's melted, add the hot sauce, a pinch of sugar, cayenne pepper, vinegar, paprika, and cornstarch. Mix well and simmer until thickened. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, a little paprika, and cayenne pepper. Coat the wings with breadcrumbs. In your 24cm Onyx pot, heat enough oil to cover the wings. Fry them over medium-high heat until golden brown. Make sure the heat isn't too high to prevent them from becoming overly browned on the outside and raw on the inside.
When the wings are ready, remove them from the oil, drain them well, and add them to the pot where you initially prepared the sauce. Make sure they're well coated in the sauce and serve them with carrot and celery sticks.
