Chicken Lo Mein

Ingredients:
For three servings you need:
- Water

Wheat noodles (300 g.)

Olive oil
-
Chicken breast fajitas
-
Natural ginger in pieces
-
White onion
-
Carrot
-
Pepper
-
Celery
-
Broccoli
-
Chicken broth (150ml)
-
Soy sauce
-
Teriyaki Sauce
-
Sesame oil
-
Toasted sesame seeds
Procedure:

Heat your 24cm Stone 360 cookware over high heat and add 3/4 liter of drinking water.

Bring to a boil and add a package of wheat noodles. Let them simmer over medium heat until cooked.

In your 24cm Stone 360 pan, add a splash of olive oil and cook the chicken fajitas. Brown them to your liking and set aside.

Heat the pan again and add a little olive oil and cook the vegetables, add the already cooked chicken fajitas and noodles.

Add the chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. No need to add salt.

Stir all the ingredients and turn off the heat.

*Important*: Don't overcook the mixture, as the noodles may clump together. It's enough to ensure the ingredients are well combined.
