Yogurt and blueberry hotcakes

Ingredients:

For 6 servings you need

1 cup of natural yogurt
-
A splash of lime juice
-
1 cup of milk
-
2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon melted butter
-
A splash of vanilla
-
1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
-
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 teaspoons of baking powder
-
A pinch of lime or lemon zest
-
1/2 teaspoon of salt
-
200 g of fresh blueberries
-
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Procedure:

In a bowl, add the yogurt, lime juice, milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

In a second bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, lime or lemon zest, and salt. Mix well again and add the first mixture you prepared. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Add the blueberries and chia seeds and mix again.

Heat your 20cm skillet from the Onyx Cookware over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, reduce the heat and add one or two ladlefuls of batter, enough to cover the surface of the skillet.

Wait for it to cook on one side and carefully flip it over. Wait about three minutes for it to cook and serve piping hot.

Serve with honey and garnish with lime wedges or fresh blueberries.
