Cauliflower cream

Ingredients:

  • For 4 servings you need
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of drinking water
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
  • Fine herbs
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth

Procedure:

  1. Brown onion and garlic in your 24cm Stone 360º Baking Pan
  2. Add the cauliflower, water, milk, herbs, and salt. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Mix the ingredients in your Select Blender and add the vegetable or chicken broth and milk and mix very well.
  4. Serve piping hot and garnish with almonds or a sprig of parsley.
