Blueberry and green tea smoothie

Looking for a healthy and super-natural option for a mid-afternoon snack or breakfast? You'll love this delicious and nutritious blueberry and green tea smoothie !

You need:
  • Your Lamex Select blender
  • 200 g of fresh blueberries
  • one large green apple or two small ones
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened natural green tea
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 glass of unsweetened natural liquid yogurt (you can substitute it with almond, rice, or coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup of water

Procedure:



Wash the blueberries and apples thoroughly and add them to your Lamex Selec Blender. Then add the yogurt, the previously prepared and chilled green tea, the honey, and a splash of water. Blend all ingredients well. Add water, yogurt, or plant-based milk to taste until you get the desired consistency. If desired, you can add amaranth or oats to give it more consistency.

Natural, nutritious and delicious smoothie: ready!
