Smoothie fan? You'll love this recipe! And it's a great option for breakfast or dinner. Make it in your Lamex Super Blender , which you can purchase with free shipping through #Amazon.
You need:
Lamex Select Blender
200 gr. of natural and disinfected strawberries
Half a cup of quinoa
Half a liter of almond milk
50 ml of chamomile tea
Ice
Honey to taste

Procedure:
Wash and sanitize the strawberries and cut them in half. Add them to your Select Blender. Add half a cup of previously boiled quinoa. To boil the quinoa, wash it thoroughly and boil it with twice the amount of drinking water for approximately 8 minutes. When you notice the quinoa grains change color and become semi-transparent, it's ready.

Then add half a liter of almond milk. You can use cow's milk, although we recommend trying almond milk or a plant-based milk; you'll find it gives a delicious flavor and also reduces the amount of fat, making your smoothie healthier. For a smooth and original touch, add about 50 ml of chamomile tea to the mixture.

Add about four ice cubes and honey to taste. Try not to overdo the honey to preserve the sweet and sour strawberry flavor. Cover your blender tightly and blend until the ice cubes are dissolved and all the ingredients are well combined.
