Pasta with asparagus and bacon

Ingredients:

For 2 servings you need:

150g of long pasta
-
200g of bacon
-
30 ml of white wine
-
200 ml of evaporated milk
-
Salt and pepper
-
A bunch of asparagus
-
Fresh cheese for decoration
-
1 liter of drinking water
Procedure:

Bring the water to a boil in your 24cm Rubi pot and add the pasta. Cook for a maximum of 7 minutes. Set aside.

Discard the water and use the same pot to cook the diced bacon. Add the white wine and let it cook. Add the evaporated milk, salt and pepper, and the previously boiled asparagus.

Let it cook for a maximum of 5 minutes so that the flavors blend.

Reduce the heat and add the pasta. Turn off the heat and mix well. Let it rest and serve piping hot. Garnish with cubed white cheese and enjoy!
