Vegetarian omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Vegetables to taste: green beans, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, spinach, etc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat your 20cm skillet from the Stone 360º Skillet Set over medium heat and add butter or olive oil. Sauté the vegetables to taste. You can also add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the vegetables until well blended and ready to eat. Remember that each vegetable's cooking time varies; we recommend adding the firmer vegetables (like the green beans, in this case) to the pan first, followed by the softer ones last.


  3. In your 26cm frying pan from the Stone 360º Frying Pan Set, add the two scrambled eggs. Remember, there's no need to use oil; the nonstick surface of your pan is ultra-durable, so nothing sticks to it!
  4. Serve it piping hot with a delicious, freshly brewed coffee and pair it with a couple of slices of European-Style Bread from New York Deli & Bagel.
