3 fun and healthy recipes for this Children's Day

That's right: jelly cookies! This incredible recipe will truly surprise you. Making this original and colorful dessert is quick and easy; all you need is:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 tablespoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Two packages of gelatin
Procedure:
- In a bowl, add the sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir well.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and baking powder). Mix.
- We add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. We mix well and separate it into two parts.
- Add one of the gelatins to one half and the other half to the other box. Mix thoroughly until the entire mixture changes color.
- On a baking sheet, shape the mixture into small balls and flatten slightly. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C.
