Yogurt and blueberry hotcake

For those moments when cravings strike: make these pancakes! This delicious and original combination is simply finger-licking good. Try it:



For 6 servings you need:
  • 20cm frying pan from your Onyx cookware
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • a splash of lime juice
  • 1 cup of milk
  • two eggs
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • a splash of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • two tablespoons of brown sugar
  • two teaspoons of baking powder
  • a pinch of lime or lemon zest
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 200 g of fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia

In a bowl, add the yogurt, lime juice, milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.



In a second bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, lime or lemon zest, and salt. Mix well again and add the first mixture you prepared. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Add the blueberries and chia seeds and mix again.



Heat your 8-inch skillet from the Onyx Cookware over medium heat. If you like, you can add a touch of butter to cook the pancakes, although it's not really necessary since the pan has a powerful nonstick coating. When the pan is hot, reduce the heat and add one or two ladlefuls of batter, enough to cover the surface of the pan but not too much.

Wait for it to cook on one side and carefully flip it over. Wait about three minutes for it to cook and serve piping hot. Top with honey and garnish with lime wedges or fresh blueberries.
