Pasta with vegetables

Ingredients:
 For 2 servings you need: 
- 1 liter of water
- 150 g of short pasta
- Olive oil
- 1 eggplant
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dried tomato
- Salt and pepper
- Basil
- Parmesan cheese
Procedure:
 1.
 Bring the water to a boil in your 24cm Onyx pot and add the pasta. Cook for a maximum of 7 minutes. Set aside. 
 2.
 In the same pot, add the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and vegetables. Season to taste. 
 3.
 When the vegetables are cooked, add the pasta and mix well. Turn off the heat and serve piping hot. Top with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
