Pasta in salmon and watercress sauce

Treat yourself to a luxurious meal with this delicious recipe for pasta in a salmon and watercress sauce; a light, balanced combination for the most exquisite tastes.
You need:


Procedure:
Heat your 24 cm Stone 360° cookware and add the butter. Wait for it to melt, then add the fresh, pre-washed watercress, the vegetable broth, a touch of white wine, the cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture cook for a maximum of 10 minutes over low heat, making sure it doesn't become too thick.
Pour the sauce into your baby food container or regular glass and blend with your Select blender until you get a smooth mixture and the watercress is finely chopped.

Clean your pot (this is easy thanks to its unique nonstick coating, both inside and out, which makes cleaning a breeze) and add the salmon pieces. You can use diced smoked salmon or buy salmon fillets, pre-cook them on the grill, and add them in chunks. Let the salmon brown slightly and add the sauce you just blended in your Select blender.
Finally, add the hot (already cooked) pasta, reduce the heat to low, stir, and turn off the heat. It's important not to let this last process take too long to prevent the pasta from falling apart. Let it rest and serve, garnish with a sprig of watercress and a glass of white wine. Enjoy!
