When we don't drink enough water, our bodies begin to dehydrate, making us feel unwell, weak, and therefore constantly tense. Therefore, drinking water helps us maintain physical balance and, at the same time, mental relaxation.

According to scientists, the water we consume is essential for our brain to function normally. Therefore, when we don't drink enough water, brain activity can be disrupted.

Studies show that drinking water helps digest the food we eat. So if you're suffering from constipation, drinking water could help with your digestion problem.

It could prevent kidney stones
Some research has shown results suggesting that increasing water consumption can reduce the likelihood of developing kidney stones.

This is because by drinking more water, more urine will pass through the kidneys and this could help dilute the concentration of minerals in said organ, thus ensuring that these minerals do not crystallize into stones.
