Chicken Lo Mein

Give today's meal an oriental touch with this delicious chicken lo mein. Prepare it in your Stone 360 cookware and delight your guests with this dish.
In your 24cm Stone 360 Series skillet, add a splash of olive oil and cook the chicken fajitas. Brown to taste and set aside. Wipe your skillet with a paper towel or give it a quick rinse; its 360 Series nonstick surface makes it easy to clean.

Reheat the pan and add a little olive oil. Finely chop the vegetables and add them. Cook to taste and add the cooked chicken fajitas and noodles. Add the chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. You don't need to add salt, as the sauces are salty enough.
Stir all the ingredients and turn off the heat.
*Important*: Don't overcook the mixture, as the noodles may clump together. It's enough to ensure the ingredients are well combined.

Serve piping hot and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Pair this dish with your favorite beverage. Enjoy!
For three servings you need:
- Pot and pan from your Stone 360 Battery
- Water
- Wheat noodles (300 g.)
- Olive oil
- Chicken breast fajitas
- Natural ginger in pieces
- White onion
- Carrot
- Pepper
- Celery
- Broccoli
- Chicken broth (150ml)
- Soy sauce
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Sesame oil
- Toasted sesame seeds
Procedure:
Heat your 24cm Stone 360 pot over high heat and add 3/4 liter of potable water. Bring to a boil and add a package of wheat noodles (for 3 or 4 people, this would be approximately 300g; calculate between 75g and 100g maximum per person).
