Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chipotle pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Set of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 liter of drinking water
  • Avocado
  • Pumpernickel European Bread from New York Deli & Bagel

Procedure:

  1. In your Select Blender, add one egg, one garlic clove, the chipotle, salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Blend until smooth, then add more oil and the lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. In the 24 cm pot of your Onyx cookware, add the water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and use a spoon to gently swirl the water around the pot. Carefully drop in an egg. Cook for a maximum of one and a half minutes.
  3. Repeat the procedure with another egg.
  4. Heat two slices of New York Deli & Bagel's Pumpernickel European Bread and make an avocado spread. Place an egg on each slice.

  5. Cover them with the sauce you prepared at the beginning of the recipe, enjoy!
