  • 200 g. de fresas naturales y desinfectadas<\/span>\n

    Media taza de quinoa<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    <\/span>Medio litro de leche de almendras<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    <\/span>50 ml. de t\u00e9 de manzanilla<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    <\/span>1\/2 taza de hielo<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    <\/span>Miel al gusto<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    1. Lava y desinfecta las fresas y c\u00f3rtalas en mitades. Agr\u00e9galas a tu Licuadora Select.<\/span>\n
      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    2. \n
      Agrega media taza de quinoa previamente hervida. Para hervir la quinoa debes lavarla muy bien y hervirla con el doble de agua potable durante 8 minutos aproximadamente. <\/span><\/div>\n

      Agrega despu\u00e9s medio litro de leche de almendras. Puede ser leche de vaca, aunque recomendamos que hagas la prueba con leche de almendras o con alguna leche vegetal; ver\u00e1s que le da un sabor riqu\u00edsimo y adem\u00e1s reduce la cantidad de grasa, haciendo que tu smoothie sea m\u00e1s saludable.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      <\/span>Para darle un toque suave y original, agr\u00e9gale a la preparaci\u00f3n unos 50ml de t\u00e9 de manzanilla.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      <\/span>Agrega unos cuatro hielos y miel al gusto.
