Mezcla todos los ingredientes muy bien en un bowl. Agrega al final, si lo deseas, un chorrito de mantequilla derretida. Baja a fuego medio-bajo y espera aproximadamente 5 minutos para que se dore de un lado, sabr\u00e1s cu\u00e1ndo debes voltearlo por las peque\u00f1as burbujas que aparecen en la superficie. Voltea el hot cake, baja el fuego y espera a que se cocine por el otro lado. S\u00edrvelos calientitos, corta algunas rodajas de manzana para decorar y agrega miel de abeja.
